Microsoft CEO makes these claims:

• Consciousness is “very likely” biological
  • (current) LLMs do not deserve any rights as a “moral patient”
• Anthropic’s AI approach includes circular reasoning & anthropomorphisation
• Microsoft’s AI code of conduct is better than Anthropic’s constitution
